Gluten Free Crunchy Granola

Today, I’m sharing a recipe of my favorite gluten free granola, one that probably won’t last long once it comes out of the oven, because it’s so tasty! Feel free to substitute your favorite nuts and seeds!

Serves: 5 breakfast bowls

Prepping time: 10-15 minutes

Baking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

- 3 cups certified organic gluten free oats

- ½ cup chopped cashews

- 1 cup chopped almonds

- ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts

- ½ cup pecan nuts

- ½ cup pumpkin seeds

- ½ cup sunflower seeds

- ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons coconut oil

- 1 tablespoon honey

- ½ cup raisins

- Dash of Himalayan salt

Prepration:

- Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminium foil.

- Combine the gluten-free oats, cashews, almonds, macadamia, pecan, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, and cinnamon.

- Toss them together until everything is combined.

- Pour in the coconut oil and honey and stir everything together until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.

- Spread the granola onto the baking sheet in an even layer.

- Bake for 15 minutes, and then stir the granola and bake for another 15 minutes.

- Let the granola cool completely to room temperature. Add the raisins and indulge!
